Job Title: Delivery Manager & Cloud Scrum Master

Job Summary: Responsible for driving and managing mid-sized (10-15 FTE) Cloud programs for clients. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all communication with the SQUADS/Dev Teams for the program manager. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget while utilizing industry best practices and methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage mid-sized Cloud programs for clients.
• Act as the SPOC for all communication with the SQUADS/Dev Teams for the program manager.
• Lead project planning sessions and determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Drive Cloud migration Factory model with the core team and design the framework for cloud fitment, migration assessment, and planning.
• Build reusable assets through timely retrospectives to continuously improve the velocity of teams.
• Focus on cost optimization, rationalization, and savings.
• Manage operations and people effectively.
• Maintain excellent communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience with SAFe/Agile framework and methodologies.
• Experience acting as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with delivery tracking tools (Confluence/Jira/Azure DevOps).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead project planning sessions.
• Ability to predict resources needed and manage them effectively.
• Proficiency in developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Consistent communication with stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Utilization of industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
• Ability to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
