Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative BTL Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and evaluate below-the-line marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in designing on-ground activations, managing promotional events, and ensuring seamless brand communication across
non-digital channels to drive customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies aligned with the brands goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create customized campaigns to enhance reach and engagement
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and oversee on-ground activations, trade shows, events, and in-store promotions.
  • Coordinate with creative and production teams for the development of promotional materials and tools.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to execute campaigns within budget and deadlines.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, event organizers, and brand partners
  • Budget Management:
  • Prepare, allocate, and monitor budgets for all BTL activities to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Track ROI and optimize spending for maximum impact
  • Market Research & Insights:
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand penetration.
  • Monitor competitors BTL strategies and provide actionable insights
    Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as footfall, sales uplift, and consumer engagement.
  • Present reports on campaign outcomes with data-backed recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to integrate BTL efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Provide training and support to field staff for effective execution of campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or brand activations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, vendor management, and logistics planning.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM software.
