Job Description -
The role will lead and oversee the Corporate Excellence team taking care of training needs for the different
corporate functions like Customer Service, HR etc. The core focus will be on working with stakeholders
and the trainers to take care of performance related metrics training, job role related scheduled
curriculum training and induction training. The role also demands superior analytics acumen to identify
areas which require extra emphasis on training. The Senior Manager – Corporate Excellence will also have
to deliver and undertake training initiatives that promote people capabilities throughout the organization.
The role will involve travelling to and provide training as per business requirement.
1. Lead the training team of Delhivery Academy by ensuring all the trainers achieve the KPIs set by
the organization
2. Plans and coordinates all onsite and virtual training activities of the Corporate staff (frontline to
middle- management) to include resource, calendar and venue coordination, facilitator
preparation, material preparation and/or other logistics related items. Ensures training records
are maintained
3. Designs and delivers training when required- both face to face and virtual training within time and
budget constraints. Working with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SME's) to make the
training more relevant to the business objective
4. Monitors and evaluates training programs effectiveness, success, and outcome periodically
5. Plan, conduct and oversee metricsfocused on-the-job coaching and scheduled training to improve
the performance of our Corporate teams
6. Manages and oversees the learning management system (LMS) learning experience; analyze
learner performance and engagement. Work with team to enact any needed improvements or
changes needed
7. Conducts effective induction and orientation sessions for Senior Management
8. Communicates with key stakeholders to obtain knowledge and understanding of business needs
and operations
9. Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Head of Delhivery Academy
10. Travel extensively (PAN India) to various Delhivery facilities as and when required
Interactions with Internal and External Stakeholders -
This role will interact with both internal and external groups. Responsibilities are multi-faceted, working
with Corporate Functional Heads, Academy Content Team, Tech & Data Teams, third party e-Learning
Platform providers, National Skill Development Council etc.
Education & Work Experience -
1. MBA preferred (Basic Education level – Bachelor’s Degree)
2. Minimum 2 years of experience post MBA in Customer Service / Account Management Role
3. Experience and Certificates in Training domain preferred
