Technical Writer (API Documentation) -Gurgaon

Overview of responsibilities: Take ownership of the documentation of the respective product suite Create Internal and External Product Documentation and API Documentation.

Work closely with Product, Engineering and Design teams to define and build products that help us deliver high-precision and low cost services Balance priorities and documentation backlog to create effective resources that can be externalized and used for internal onboarding as well.

Qualifications Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical discipline Post graduate degree in management or analytics will be valued, but not a must

1-3 years of Technical Writing experience in a SaaS set up Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, multi-task and prioritize Sound business judgment, attention to detail, proven ability to influence others, demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives,

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this role Domain knowledge of supply chain/ logistics is preferable, but not required
