About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Product Branding Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Define and articulate brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Oversee the consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Monitor brand performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Digital Marketing Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Product Marketing & Branding:
- Develop and execute product marketing plans to drive adoption and usage of our software products/services.
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to ensure alignment on product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, website content, and sales presentations.
- Manage product branding and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, engineering, and customer support.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify target audience needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Use data analytics tools to track marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of proven working experience as a Marketing Manager or Product Branding Manager.
- Mandatory: Experience in marketing software company products/services.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix (digital and traditional).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices, particularly in the digital space.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
