What You ll Do:
- Address production issues/ questions, maintenance, and business support by communicating and coordinating across multiple teams
- Monitoring Overlook platform health and investigating/escalating issues. Troubleshooting all platform applications, providing triage, resolution, or recommendations
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL that can used for data analysis, pulling reports
- Understand/ learn new processes and our system.
- Effective inter-team (internal users) and client email communication skills
- Managing incoming requests from both internal and external users via the Jira ticketing system
- Coordinating and assisting in Product feedback sessions
Who You Are:
- Knowledge of ad tech/programmatic platform technologies, Data, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and/ or verification tools.
- Advanced experience in SQL (including understanding queries, and writing queries)
- Ability to analyze performance data and make compelling recommendations for internal strategy and client optimization recommendations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn the technical and functional aspects of DeepIntents platform
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a less technical audience
- You have a desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, flexible, comfortable working independently, and have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies.
- Should be comfortable working in EST Time Zone.
