Key Responsibilities:
To lead B2B sales efforts in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) market, leveraging extensive industry experience and a strong professional network. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, driving end-to-end sales processes, and converting leads into long-term business partnerships.
1. Market Strategy and Research:
- Identify and evaluate target industries such as manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and commercial spaces for PEB solutions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to refine the companys go-to-market strategy.
- Map out key enterprise clients and assess their needs for pre-engineered modular solutions.
2. Business Development and Networking:
- Leverage a robust network to generate high-quality leads and engage decision-makers, including CXOs, project consultants, and procurement heads.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and engineering consultants to identify project opportunities.
- Ensure a monthly pipeline of 5 crores in potential deals.
3. Sales Execution and Conversions:
- Take ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, with a focus on achieving revenue targets of 60 crores annually.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals addressing client-specific challenges related to cost, timelines, and scalability.
- Conduct persuasive presentations and negotiate contracts to finalize high-value projects.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to drive 80% repeat business annually.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Address client feedback and align solutions to evolving market needs.
5. Reporting and Collaboration:
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Sales on progress, challenges, and strategic insights.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, conversions, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and project delivery teams to align sales with execution capabilities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of 25+ active leads per month.
- Conversion Rate: Convert at least 25% of leads into closed deals quarterly.
- Revenue Targets: Drive 60 crores in annual revenue from the PEB market.
- Client Retention: Achieve 80% repeat business from existing clients.
- Networking: Establish partnerships with at least 15 key industry stakeholders annually.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 12+ years in B2B sales, with a proven track record in the PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) market.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and conversion targets in large-scale infrastructure projects.
Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. MBA preferred.
Skills:
- Strong industry network, including contractors, Architects, consultants, and CXOs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management platforms.
- In-depth understanding of PEB solutions and their applications.
