We seek proactive, detailed, and highly organized individuals to join our Executive Assistance team in the Hyderabad office. This position will extend operational support to our Executive Assistance team based out of our New York office. This person will be part of a collaborative team that offers an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging working environment.

What you ll do day-to-day

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our key software platforms, performing administrative tasks such as processing expenses, and managing compliance documentation. You will play a crucial role in supporting our New York-based Executive Assistance team by handling essential back-office operations and contributing to the smooth functioning of our business processes. Additionally, you will be required to work as per New York business hours.

Qualities of being a self-assured, flexible, highly composed individual with exceptional writing, organizational, communication, analytical, time management, and multitasking skills
Approximately 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, and should excel at working in a team environment as well as independently, and should be adept at managing multiple projects at once
The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
A bachelor s degree along with a proven mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook)
