Architect (2-5 Years)

Role & responsibilities

• Good Knowledge of working drawing
• Designing, working Drawings, Conceptualization, Project coordination
• Drawing Management and Documentation
• Tender Drawings
• Coordination with the 3D team for the preparation of 3D Models
• Coordination with Engineering, Electrical, and Structure Department
• Coordination with Client, Management, Consultants, Vendors
• Meetings with Clients
• Submission of Drawings
• Site visit and supervision of the project

Preferred candidate profile

• Architect with minimum 2 years of experience in Buildings
• Experience in large format Institutional, Hospital, Public Building and Government Projects.
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of AUTO CADD (2D,3D), Sketch Up and MS-Office (Power Point, MS-Word, MS-
