Role & responsibilities

Technical Management

• Standardization of site documentation work
• Job description / role responsibilities of all team members at site
• Attend site / client meeting
• Training and management of site staff
• Site query systems (TQs)
• Contractors bill checking and recording SOP
• Quality Check procedures
• Client coordination
• Implementation of other Management tools required at site

Progress Monitoring and Documentation.

• Ensure various compliances and approval req. for the project
• To monitor the progress of projects
• Submission of regular progress reports to client (work & financial)
• Raise the problems / delays at appropriate forums
• Oversee all the key documentation at site
• Coordinate between design team & Site team for timely resolution of issues (if any) / approval of Shop drawings / TQs / etc.
• Monitor the bills and fee realization. Update the management on progress
• Attend key meetings at site / client offices
• Update directors on weekly basis on the key issues

 Financial Management

• Regular and timely submission of bills to clients
• Making financial projections / targets and monitoring the
• Follow up with clients for timely payments
• Monitor the bills and fee realization and update the management on progress

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have experience of minimum 15 years in building construction and PMC services.
• Proven working experience in Project management and construction management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Knowledge of CPWD specifications, rules and regulations and construction handbook.
• Preparation of PERT CPM charts through PMC softwares such as Primevera and MS projects.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources
• Adhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirements
• Travel for site surveys
• Coordination and liasoning skills
• Good English writing and communication skill
