1. Coordinate with the construction manager on multiple projects by providing detailed inputs through:
Planning,
Scheduling,
Coordination,
Monitoring and
Reporting.
2. Create a comprehensive Master schedule, including pre-construction activities such as:
Permits
Drawings
Procurement
Site Development.
3. Support project managers with L4-level detailed construction schedules for each structure, task-level programs, updates, and coordination with all departments for expediting work at sites. 4. To co-create work schedules for the activities to support the following departments:
Architectural,
Liaison,
Contracts and
Purchase.
5. Regularly coordinate with all for updates and project expediting. 6. Support the construction manager with updated reports and impactful MIS, alert the management to take timely decisions on critical activities. 7. Prepare cash outflow statements for each project based on the schedules and budgets and updated reports showing cost to complete.
