Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end lead generation across performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and optimize ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Set up and manage ad campaigns, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
- Track, analyse, and report key metrics, using data insights to improve performance.
- Improve SEO strategy, on-page off-page optimizations, and content planning for organic growth.
- Work closely with design, content, and product teams to enhance conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, and SEO.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and keyword strategy.
- Proven track record of running high-ROI campaigns and lead-gen funnels.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, GA4, and reporting tools.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and work with creatives.
- Passion for music or education is a plus!
