Responsibilities:
- Review and promptly respond to customer inquiries
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, align them with suitable courses and instructors
- Facilitate teacher interaction and coordination, ensuring a seamless learning experience
- Assist customers through the registration process, ensuring a smooth booking experience
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to assess their satisfaction and facilitate renewals
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi
- Effective communication skills for engaging with customers via phone and email
- Ability to understand customer requirements, collaborate with the management team, and successfully close bookings
- Prior experience in online education, especially in creative and performing arts is a valuable asset
