Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer interaction records in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Manage and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Prepare reports and maintain databases using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [mention languages if required].
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for data management and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling e-commerce or automotive industry customer queries is a plus.
