Business Function:
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Java, Java script, Maria DB and Cloud Support
Awareness in Software Development Life Cycle knowledge on waterfall and Agile methodology
Must have experience in Java.
Java 1.8 and above, Springboot microservices, Spring (spring security, spring integration, spring batch, spring data, spring cloud, spring boot)
JPA (Java Persistent API), Hibernate, Unix/Linux-Any Unix flavour, SQL/Database knowledge/Performance-Tuning, Knowledge in MariaDB, or at least should have knowledge in RMDB (e.g, MySQL, Oracle)
HTML5, CSS, JavaScript [ES6] & Other Front-End Technologies, Bootstrap, Angular 2+
Responsive Design, Cross-Platform [Web & Mobile], Cross-Browser Environment compatibility, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP)
Web Services (Restful/Any web services)
Experience with Git, Bitbucket
Knowledgeable of REST-Based APIs, Web Application Development Frameworks
Manage and Prioritize Project Work
Preferable to have knowledge in Private Cloud platform (Openshift, PCF).
Familiar with Agile practice.
