Roles & Responsibility:

• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Talent Acquisition / Talent Management
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Hands on exposure on Microsoft office (MS Power Point , Excel, Publisher)
• Data compilation and MIS.

Required Candidate profile

• Should have good communication skills
• Should have 3-4 years industrial experience (Manufacturing Industries).
