Procurement Associate

Souring of the new vendor from Market & Request cost proposals and negotiate contracts and prices.

Co-ordination with vendor for quotations & followup for supply, quality, service, and invoice issues with vendors.

Payments followup with internal stakeholder.

New vendor registrations in vendor mgt desk and co-ordination for sap code.

Manages the daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders delivery, and shipment schedules.

Evaluate suppliers performance based on the procurement criteria.

Co - ordination with internal stakeholder.

Manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Support payment processes: Work with sales and finance to support payment processes to suppliers

Other Misc Task like misc item purchase on ADOC basis etc.
