Business Development Specialist

Role & responsibilities

As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST at DAZZLE, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with architects, interior designers, electrical and lighting consultants, contractors, builders, and apartments to promote our lighting solutions.
• Effective lead generation to expand our client base.
• Preparing and presenting offers and quotations to prospective clients.
• Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinating with the project and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Taking ownership of driving desired sales profitability by achieving set targets.
• Capturing completed and ongoing projects, gathering key insights from project engineers, and effectively communicating them.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the lighting or Construction material related industry

Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.

Proactive problem solver with a "get things done" attitude, capable of overcoming obstacles and driving projects to completion

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
