Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales and business development for our high-performance LED lighting products. The ideal candidate will identify and nurture leads, build lasting client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve company targets in the LED lighting segment.
• Identify and approach prospective clients, including industrial setups, electrical consultants, and MEP/EPC companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotations and maintain quotations in company CRM.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on market needs and trends.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and generate regular reports.

Requirements

• ITI/diploma/bachelors in an engineering or allied field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lighting or industrial sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of LED lighting products or willingness to learn.
