Front Desk Executive - Dental Clinic

Dazzle Dental Clinic, renowned for its exceptional dental services, and celebrity cliente is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Desk Executive for its Bandra Branch.

You are the clinic's "face" to all patients, and responsible for our first impression. The ideal candidate has a friendly, crafted demeanour while also being sharp and disciplined, carries entire ownership of the front desk operations and has attention to detail. It is important that you can handle complaints and provide reliable information. It is also critical to take a customer-centric approach. The goal is to make our patients and visitors feel welcome and appreciated while they are in the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Handling enquiries and sorting mail
• Copying, scanning and filing documents
• Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements
• Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
• Co-ordination with courier Vendor maintain inward/outward dispatch
• Maintenance of incoming bills/invoices, important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
• Organizing internal and external meetings, events and teleconferences, including booking venues, arranging accommodation and taking minutes as required.
• Any other work/ responsibility assigned by Doctor(s) / Clinic Operations Manager/ Clinic Head

Minimum Qualifications

1. Fluency in English is must

2. 2+ years of front desk experience in the hospitality /healthcare industry preferred

3. Working knowledge of computer software, such as word, excel and presentation tools

4. Any Graduate
