SEO Program Manager

As an SEO Program Manager, you will play a critical role within our Digital Marketing team, ensuring strong organic traffic performance and search visibility for our clients. This role requires expertise in Search Atlas and the ability to manage external SEO vendors to deliver impactful results.

To be an ideal candidate, you should be a seasoned SEO practitioner who can not only implement best-in-class SEO strategies, but also serve as an educator, helping train our Account Management team educate them on how to best communicate results and needs to clients. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about SEO, capable of driving initiatives, analyzing performance, and elevating the organization s SEO practices.

You will also:

• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic for clients.
• Drive keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
• Utilize Search Atlas to its full capacity to monitor and optimize SEO performance.
• Develop link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and organic reach.
• Effectively manage tasks, projects, and timelines within Asana to ensure timely delivery of SEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain clear communication and progress tracking.
• Mentor and train the Account Management team on SEO best practices and tools.
• Foster SEO knowledge across internal teams through regular workshops, training sessions, and documentation.
• Manage third-party SEO service providers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers, content teams, and designers to integrate SEO seamlessly into workflows.
• Establish and document clear SEO SOPs for the digital marketing division.
• Work with the development teams to integrate SEO into their project pipelines.
• Track and measure the success of SEO campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Search Atlas.
• Regularly report on SEO performance, ROI, and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Stay current with SEO algorithm changes and industry trends.
