As the Document Controller in the Construction and Delivery Team, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation related to the construction of data centers. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, up-to-date records are available to support the timely and effective completion of projects.
Establish and maintain a structured document control system to manage all incoming and outgoing project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
Ensure that the latest versions of documents are distributed to the relevant team members, contractors, and stakeholders in a timely manner.
Maintain version control for all project documentation, ensuring that the latest revisions are identified, tracked, and archived appropriately.
Create and maintain physical and digital filing systems for all construction-related documents, ensuring that they are organized, secure, and easily retrievable.
Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, industry regulations, and project-specific requirements.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
8+ years of experience in document control, and proven experience in the data center industry.
Strong proficiency in document control systems and software (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar platforms).
Knowledge of construction project workflows and documentation requirements.
