Job Description
- Lead and drive the IT and digital transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the companys overall business goals.
- Develop and implement IT roadmaps, managing resources to meet the evolving needs of the data center business.
- Oversee the creation of digital strategies to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and innovation within the organization.
- Direct the management of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization systems.
- Ensure that the data centers technology and infrastructure are scalable, secure, and reliable, providing uninterrupted services.
- Lead the design and implementation of new technological solutions and upgrades for IT infrastructure.
- Oversee the integration and adoption of cloud computing, hybrid environments, and virtualization solutions.
- Ensure optimal performance and security of cloud services, including management of public/private cloud environments and data migration.
- Lead the selection, deployment, and maintenance of software applications that support various functions, including finance, HR, customer relationship management, and inventory management.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery planning.
- Spearhead innovation initiatives, such as automation, AI, and machine learning, to optimize data center operations.
- Oversee the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and trends to maintain the businesss competitive edge in the data center industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes through the integration of digital technologies.
Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a data center or managed services environment.
- Strong background in cloud computing, data center technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, both on-premises and in cloud environments.
- Proven expertise in IT security, compliance frameworks, and governance.
- Advanced understanding of networking, virtualization, storage solutions, and data center operations.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT and digital transformation.
Certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure certifications
- ITIL Foundation or related certifications
