Job Description
- You will ensure the effective scheduling, coordination, and execution of data center projects and operational activities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive planning strategies for data center projects, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain long-term and short-term plans, including capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational scheduling.
- Analyze operational data and trends to forecast future needs and adjust plans accordingly.
- Oversee the creation and management of detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, facilities, and IT, to ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Manage the allocation and optimization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain resource plans and schedules to support ongoing and upcoming data center projects. Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in planning, project management, with a strong background in data center environments or similar industries.
- Proficiency in planning and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) are preferred.
