As the Employee Experience Program Manager you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing key employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, probation period reviews, recognition, employee listening, performance improvement plans (PIP), and offboarding.
Design, standardize, and optimize employee lifecycle processes using business process mapping to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure seamless integration through collaboration with P&C, IT, and Compliance teams.
Ensure global consistency in programs by developing and maintaining playbooks, templates, and guides, while addressing local legal and cultural nuances and serving as a focal point to align regional practices.
Leverage data analytics to monitor key metrics, build dashboards for actionable insights, and identify trends to measure program effectiveness, drive improvements, and forecast future needs.
Collect and act on feedback to refine program touchpoints, collaborate with Internal Communications to create resources that enhance awareness and understanding of lifecycle programs, and support the local P&C teams in effective implementation.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. A master s degree and certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, Agile, or PMP are advantageous.
8+ years in HR CoE program management within global or multinational organizations or in client-facing consulting roles.
Exposure to progressive employee experience practices and experience with design thinking and agile methodologies, business process mapping, workflow optimization, and process automation.
Proficiency in using data and analytics to create dashboards with actionable insights.
Skilled in program management and stakeholder engagement.
