Manage and administer the various Trade Contracts signed between the company and contractor(s), ensuring that contract requirements for all contracts are fulfilled.
Manage the project correspondence between company and contractor(s) and assign/prepare response within the time frame agreed in the Trade Contracts contract(s).
Review change order/work order requests from contractor(s) and evaluate/advise.
Review, assess and make recommendations on contractual issues/claims raised by contractor(s).
Review compliance of the contractor(s) on contractual obligations and advice actions based on the provisions of the Trade contract(s).
Assist in the review and recommendation of all claims or billings, expenses, etc.
Prepare invoice payment verification and recommendation for approval.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in construction management, Law, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in contract management within the construction industry, with a preference for data center or critical infrastructure projects.
Deep understanding of construction contracts, project delivery methods, and risk management practices.
Proven experience in contract negotiation, administration, and claims management in large-scale construction projects.
