DataTech India - DFT Engineer - Verilog (3-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Analyze designs to identify areas for improvement in manufacturability, testability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Provide actionable feedback to design teams based on DFX principles and guidelines.

- Work closely with design, manufacturing, test, and quality teams to ensure designs meet DFx standards throughout the product lifecycle.

- Drive design reviews with a focus on DFX requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Develop and implement DFT strategies, including scan insertion, built-in self-test (BIST), boundary scan, and test point insertion.

- Collaborate with test engineering teams to define test plans.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- 4 years of experience in DFx engineering, product design.

- Good understanding of JTAG, IJTAG, MBIST, Boundary Scan

- Excellent scripting skills (Perl/Python).

- Expertise in debugging RTL code using simulation tools.
