Dot Net Lead

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead Developer to lead the development and migration of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, EF Core, MVC, Web API, and SQL, coupled with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS for application migration and modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
  
• Lead a team of developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope and deliverables.
• Application Development & Maintenance:
  
• Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using .NET Core, MVC, and Web APIs.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Database Management:
  
• Develop and maintain relational database solutions using SQL Server.
• Write complex queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
• Cloud Migration:
  
• Lead application migration projects to Azure or AWS, ensuring seamless transition with minimal downtime.
• Implement cloud-native features and optimize applications for cloud environments.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Owners.
• Provide status updates, technical insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, EF Core, MVC, and Web API.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and performance optimization.

• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
