Outsystems Architect - Service & Integration Studio (12-15 yrs)

Role : OutSystems Technical Architect.

Responsibilities :

- Architectural Design : Design and oversee the technical architecture for OutSystems applications, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.

- Platform Installation and Configuration: Implement OutSystems installations on both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.

- Project Coordination: Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical deliverables with project milestones and ensure timely delivery.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Review and approve code, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications.

- Development and Implementation: Lead the development of OutSystems applications, including custom components and integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Performance Optimization : Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations.

- Conduct regular code and design reviews to ensure optimal performance and security.

- Documentation and Reporting : Prepare detailed technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

- Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OutSystems and related technologies.

- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and methodologies.

Must have skills :

- Highly proficient in Outsystems architecture concepts, design and implementation.

- Possessing Technical skills and competency of Outsystems architecture and general solution design.

- Able to design, build and configure applications in Outsystems to meet business process and application requirements.

- Proven track record of writing high quality, efficient code using OutSystems, APIs and scripting languages.

- Good understanding of developing multi-tenant applications using Outsystems platform.

- Proficient in designing & building applications and services in Outsystems for web and/or mobile apps.

- Proficient in building BPT flows for Outsystems applications.

- Proficient in working with databases and designing data models.

- Proficient in Outsystems Service Studio.

- Having strong knowledge and experience in using Architecture Canvas, Service Studio, Integration Studio, Lifetime, Forge Components, Monitoring Tools etc.

- Must have worked on 3-4 end to end Outsystems projects.

Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum of 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 6+ years working with the OutSystems platform.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in OutSystems development and architecture.

- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and SQL.

- Certifications : OutSystems certification for Technical Architecture and other Outsystems certifications.

- Soft Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor development teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
