Project Lead - Full Stack Development (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

- Oversee all aspects of the software development lifecycle for Hospitality ERP projects.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions.

- Contribute to hands-on development as needed, focusing on complex or critical components of the application.

- This includes both front-end (Angular) and back-end (.NET Core) development.

- Utilize strong .NET Core skills to develop and maintain robust and scalable back-end services, APIs, and business logic.

- Leverage Angular expertise to develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.

- Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases, designing database schemas, writing queries, and optimizing database performance.

- Design and develop RESTful Web APIs to integrate with other systems and support various client applications.

- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to the development team and ensuring timely resolution of bugs and defects.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development team members.

- Ensure the quality of delivered software through code reviews, testing, and adherence to quality assurance processes.

- Mentor and coach junior developers, helping them to develop their technical skills and grow their careers.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET Core (Mandatory).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in JavaScript and Angular.

- Strong understanding of .NET and Angular programming concepts, including dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and unit testing.

- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting .NET and Angular applications.

- Extensive experience with .NET and Angular development tools (Visual Studio, Angular CLI).

- Deep familiarity with relational databases, particularly SQL Server.

- Experience in Web API development.

- Strong proficiency in C# and LINQ.

- Proficiency in Oracle DB.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Experience with Hospitality ERP systems
