As we expand our market presence and diversify into additional offshore and outsourcing segments, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales & Marketing to spearhead our business growth initiatives.

Role Overview:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth, market expansion, and enhancing brand positioning. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing sales performance, and establishing robust industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement long-term sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Revenue Growth: Propel sales performance, customer acquisition, and market share expansion.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale sales and marketing teams effectively.
• Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and maintain a competitive edge.
• Brand Positioning: Enhance the company's brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain key client and partner relationships to foster business success.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and KPIs to optimize sales funnels and marketing ROI.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, operations, and finance teams to align business strategies.

Core Expectations:

• Maintain a dynamic website that reflects evolving business strategies.
• Optimize SEO to improve search rankings and enhance online visibility.
• Manage Google AdWords campaigns with optimized SEO strategies.
• Plan and execute both organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Respond promptly to email inquiries and social media messages.
• Facilitate seamless lead conversions with operations.
• Conduct competitive analyses and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the BPO or healthcare documentation sectors.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and implementing successful go-to-market strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience with digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in market research and sales analytics.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in US markets.
• Strong understanding of the BPO industry.
• Proven track record of successful US lead conversion.
