C5i - Data Scientist - Python/Numpy/Pandas (4-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver impactful analytics projects in the CPG domain, including areas like Pack Price Architecture, Pack Price Mix, and Trade Spend Analytics.

- Develop and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications.

- Use Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn for advanced data analysis and model building.

- Optimize pricing strategies and assortment/mix based on insights derived from data.

- Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, ensuring project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.

Experience :

- 4-8 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist.

- Track record of successful project delivery and measurable business impact in the CPG domain.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python, with experience in libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Pricing Analytics, and Assortment/Mix Optimization.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
