Job Description
About the Role: Join eClerx Centre of Excellence for Analytics, where you will help set up and lead B2B Analytics solutions and practice. This role involves building new analytics solutions and growth strategies for B2B industries in close partnership with sales and business development team. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to the client's executive team and a guiding partner to the service delivery team.
Program Manger Roles and responsibilities:
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' sales, marketing, CRM, supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Use power of data to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
• Provide industry thought leadership and best practices to consult clients
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas to build cutting-edge analytics solutions to cater to client’s business needs
• Actively collaborate with the global team of sales, advisors, delivery and center of excellence to consult and facilitate the seamless execution of ideas and solutions
• Drive revenue growth by building innovative solutions, partnering with sales on go-to-market strategies and plans and owning presales support
• Stay updated with industry trends, and champion the adoption of cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and technologies
Technical and Functional Skills:
• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or any related quantitative discipline
• Proven experience in consulting, analytics space, preferably in B2B- Tech, Industrial, Manufacturing domain.
• In-depth knowledge of B2B industry principles, practices, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and industry tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey strategies and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated product development skills to drive innovation and packaging of ideas to address client’s needs
