Associate Program Manager Roles and responsibilities:

• Lead and provide strategic analytical direction to teams, ensuring alignment with clients business objectives
• Data mining using state-of-the-art methods. Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
• Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
• Design and develop predictive models, ML algorithms, statistical analyses and feature engineering to ease use for customers insights, retrospective data analysis and expanding product capabilities
• Extensive hands-on experience in selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers and in evaluating the performance of AI/ML/Predictive algorithms using relevant metrics, ensuring they meet industry-specific requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analyst and data scientists
• Strong Analytical acumen in Fintech products is highly desired
• Actively collaborate with the Marketing, Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Risk & Controls, and Automation teams to consult and facilitate the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to shape and execute the target operating model for data operations, data engineering, and insights teams
• Drive revenue growth by understanding client needs, proposing innovative commercial constructs, and capitalising on upsell & cross-sell opportunities
• Accountable for ensuring we are recruiting a highly skilled workforce of data engineers, data analysts and data scientists to support RTB and CTB initiatives of the Client
• Stay updated with industry trends, and champion the adoption of cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and technologies

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Masters / Bachelors degree in Management / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics or any related quantitative discipline
• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Analytics, or Decision Science, including P&L Management responsibilities
• Able to articulate the modelling / analytical solutions in lay man’s term to the Stakeholders
• Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
• Exceptional scripting and programming skills (Python & SQL), with the ability to visualise insights in Looker/Tableau.
• Experience working in services/consulting space, building and leading large analytics business and demonstrated success in delivering to clients across industries and domains preferably Banking and Financial Services
• Proven track record of building and leading high growth teams; demonstrated experience in hiring, retaining, and scaling geographically dispersed, high-performing teams
• Experience in collaborating, communicating, and influencing different stakeholders to drive inclusion, efficiency, and creative solutions
