Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process to meet the staffing needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring decisions.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Organize and conduct pre-employment assessments and background checks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
• Prepare and extend job offers, and assist with onboarding new hires.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies if required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
• Familiarity with HR software, job boards, and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a specific industry relevant to Damati Group.
• Additional HR certifications or training.
