Deputy Manager - Land Acquisition & Legal

Role & responsibilities:-

• To negotiate with farmers directly for purchase of lands
• To support in making legal strategies for the plant, drafting of various legal documents as req
• Effective Coordination with Legal department and Panel Advocates for title due diligence, facilitating documents in time bound manner.
• Represent DCBL in all legal matters and support advocates
• Detailed knowledge about land acquisition in terms of TSR & land related Acts of the AP.
• Collect relevant data from internal stake holders as required for representing legal matters associated with plant
• Plan initiatives to change public opinion on events and ensure that the Dalmia’s interests are being represented at all forums.
• Management information system (MIS) & provide information to senior management regularly.
• To co-ordinate internally and externally for Registration of various documents with SRO’s
• A street smart personality with around 5 to 8 years of experience in the field of land, Legal & Regulatory preferably having experience in cement industry
• Law graduate with good drafting skills- LLB, LLM is preferred
• Possessing a strong strategic thinking orientation
• Telugu speaking and writing skills Charismatic & Integrity
• Absolute Hands on approach High energy levels and strong commitment & motivation.
