Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Recruiter cum HR Executive to join our dynamic
human resources team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts
as well as providing operational HR support to the organization. This position requires a
strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a talent for identifying top performers.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Craft compelling job descriptions and postings for open positions
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee
referrals, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and participate in multi-stage interviews with hiring managers
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting metrics
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
HR Operational Responsibilities:
- Administer HR policies and procedures across the employee lifecycle
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and training programs
- Assist with employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Support performance management processes (appraisals, feedback, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data
- Oversee administration of employee benefits programs
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of combined experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct
