COMPANY & BACKGROUND Dairy Day is one of India's largest ice cream brands. Over the last 20+ years, we have built a formidable presence across South & West India and are continuously expanding across the country, selling to over 60,000+ retailers. Dairy Day manufactures and supplies products across a variety of cups, cones, sticks, tubs, and other special packaging with over 30+ flavors. The company has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Karnataka with a production capacity of 2.5 Lakh liters/day.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MBA graduate with an engineering background to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a basic understanding of manufacturing, sales, and distribution operations, and a keen interest in business applications and digital transformation. This role will involve working closely with business functions to support application management, process improvements, and IT-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Incident Management & Support:
• Serve as the first point of contact for business application-related incidents and user support requests.
• Ensure all incidents are logged, tracked, and resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2. Business Engagement & Process Improvement:
• Work with business functions to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support requirement gathering for system enhancements and new IT solutions.
3. Documentation & Change Management:
• Document business requirements, change requests, test cases, and training SOPs across various IT applications and digitization initiatives.
4. Training & End-User Support:
• Conduct training sessions for new employees and deliver refresher training as per business needs.
• Prepare training materials, FAQs, and guides to enhance end-user adoption of IT applications.
5. IT Project Support & Digitization Initiatives:
• Collaborate with the internal IT team to support system rollouts, enhancements, and adoption of new technology.
• Assist in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support of new IT solutions.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Liaise with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and system improvements.
• Ensure seamless communication between business users and IT teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

Academic
MBA (Technology/Operations/IT specialization preferred) with an Engineering Degree (B. E / B. Tech).

Experience
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT, business analysis, or application support.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and business analysis abilities.
• Business Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing, sales, and distribution operations.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Basic knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP) is preferred (not mandatory)
• Familiarity with Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel during office hours as needed
