Dairy Day - SAP Master Data Specialist - Implementation & Support (8-12 yrs)

We are looking to hire a full-time Master Data Lead to oversee all master data governance and operations for the SAP systems and other applications/landscapes for the organization.

This role will hold the design, execution and oversight of all MDM related process and contribute to the organization's process and technology evolution.

- Master Data Governance : Implement and maintain data governance policies, standards, and processes for SAP Master Data Management to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance.

- Data Quality Management : Monitor, measure, and improve the quality of master data; identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies, and take corrective actions as needed.

- Data Maintenance & Control : Oversee and execute master data creation, updates, and deletions in SAP for data domains like Customer, Vendor, Material, BOM, Pricing, and others.

- Collaboration : Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement) to ensure master data supports their needs and adheres to SAP best practices.

- SAP MDM Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to SAP MDM processes, leveraging automation and best practices to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

- User Training & Support: Train end-users on data management best practices within SAP and provide ongoing support to ensure data standards are upheld.

- Data Integration : Support data integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, or system upgrades by ensuring seamless data migration and system compatibility.

- Minimum of 08-12 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management or a related role within SAP.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

- Hands-on experience in SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, PP/QM, or relevant SAP S/4HANA MDM experience, along with relevant certifications (desirable).

- Knowledge of data governance tools and practices.

- Experience with data quality monitoring and reporting tools is a plus.

- Basic understanding of SQL or other database management tools.
