About Dairy Day: Dairy Day is one of India's largest ice cream brands. Over the last 22 years, we have built a formidable presence across South India and are available in over 60,000 stores. We are looking to hire a full-time Chartered Accountant to deliver the Finance & Accounts requirements of the company.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accurate accounting entries.
Ensuring the completion of accounting activities within a specific timeframe to maintain completeness.
Regularly reviewing books of accounts and flagging any issues.
Taking full responsibility for all direct tax-related activities, including the timely payment of TDS/TCS and the filing of returns Direct tax experience is preferred
Assisting in audit activities by coordinating with auditors, providing necessary financial data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and addressing audit observations in a timely manner.
Possessing hands-on experience in working with SAP for accounting and financial processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Academic
Chartered Accountant (CA), qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with a post-qualification experience of 3 years.

Professional
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work effectively in a team, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
