Assistant Manager-HR and Admin (male)

Base location- Bhopal

Candidate should be open to travel

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration, including employee data management, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws.
  
• Oversee recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Handle grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  
• Coordinate induction programs for new joiners.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (HR Administration).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in Any Specialization; relevant certifications preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, grievance handling, office administration, and attendance management.
