Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee garment manufacturing production processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  Coordinate with R&D teams to ensure accurate sampling and production process
• Efficient production planning.
  Monitor fabric consumption, wastage control, and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
  Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, resolve issues, and optimize supply chain operations.
  Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to improve productivity without compromising quality.
  Ownership of production operations with a focus on daily production metrics and KPIs across in-house and out-sourced partners across multiple brands.
• Engaging with buying house team members to identify areas of concern/improvement and improving production process to increase customer delight.
• Understanding performance metrics from the various dashboards and advising the VP Production on potential bottlenecks, corrective action required and recommendations to ensure timely delivery of garments.
• Engagement with the Brand heads to determine future orders, present order status, and product costing and to discuss capacity status of the factories
• Ensuring that products are produced in a timely manner and are produced with in quality guidelines,
• Dealing With operators and solve their technical issues of particular style.
• Communicate with the suppliers and arrange the necessary equipment.
• Responsible for quality auditing at A.Q.L Systems.
• Independently approving fit, Size set, Shipment sample.
• Working on ERP is mandatory.
