Job Description
- Contract Management:
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts for building and construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards in all contracts.
- Maintain records of agreements, amendments, and related correspondence.
- Tendering & Documentation:
- Assist in preparing tender documents, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and bid evaluations.
- Float tenders and analyze vendor bids to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Draft and finalize work orders and agreements.
- Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Monitor project budgets to control costs and prevent overruns.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and billing.
- Vendor Management:
- Evaluate and manage vendor performance for adherence to contractual terms.
- Resolve disputes and negotiate settlements when required.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with the engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret technical designs, drawings, and specifications for contracts.
- Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
- Identify and mitigate risks related to contracts and agreements.
- Stay updated on statutory and legal requirements related to real estate projects.
