Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and customer service.
  
• Oversee residential stores in high rise buildings, villas, individual stores, apartments, and store keeping activities.
  
• Ensure effective store supervision and implementation of ERP systems for efficient data management.
  
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to stores and logistics.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems for managing store operations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer service.
  

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
