Roles and Responsibilities

• Leads to Site Visit Conversion
  
• Build relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries promptly.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective lead conversion.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in real estate industry or related field (telecalling/telesales).
  
• Strong understanding of residential sales processes and market trends.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction over phone calls.
