Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation :
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
Sales and Customer Service :
- Understand client needs and offer solutions, focusing on selling products/services that align with their requirements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and address customer concerns.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Pipeline Management :
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Track progress towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Follow up on quotes and close sales in a timely manner.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on lead status and sales performance.
- Analyze and report on sales metrics, offering insights for improvements.
Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation initiatives.
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to share best practices and optimize sales processes.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or tele-sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or via email.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
