B2B Marketing Role - Footwear (8-18 yrs)

We are an executive search firm and at present hunting a dynamic business development (B2B/Industrial sales ONLY) professional with MANDATORY experience of dealing with Footwear/Leather industry.

Location : Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh)

Client : An Indian Textile Conglomerate having joint venture with Amercian MNC.

1. The Incumbent shall be responsible for marketing of thread as a product to Industrial/B2B vertical with Primary focus on footwear/Leather clients.

2. He shall be responsible to lead and manage team.

3. He shall be developing business from kanpur and surrounding areas.

4. He shall drive sales and educate sales team to achieve the target in their respective KRA

5. as well as adding prospective MBO,s in Sales Register.

6. He shall resolve the issues of sales team,customers & MBO,s.

7. He shall ensure timely receipt of payment from customers & MBO,s.

8. He shall explore untapped area and buildup prospectus.

9. He shall ensuring a health fill rate at stores & optimum inventory .

10. He shall maintain excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
