Business Development Associate

The Senior Business Development Executive will drive the growth of the retail brand through franchisee acquisition. This role involves identifying and recruiting franchisees, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with franchise partners. Extensive travel is required for site visits, meetings, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Franchisee Acquisition: Identify and secure new franchisees, from lead generation to final agreement.
• Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competition, and identify new opportunities for expansion.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees.
• Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Travel & Engagement: Frequent travel for meetings, site evaluations, and trade shows.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (operations, legal, finance) to support franchisee onboarding.
• Reporting: Regularly report progress and performance to senior management.
