Job Description
- Powertrain design and integration experience.
- Core powertrain functions knowledge comprising, Engine and internal components, Clutch and transmission, Propeller shaft and differential axles, Air Intake System, Exhaust system (DPF, DEF - Adblue, SCR) etc.
- Material selection (ferrous and non-ferrous) for different components including rubber hoses.
- Overall functional knowledge of sensors in powertrain subsystems (eg. Air mass flow sensors, temperature sensors etc.).
- Overall knowledge of power train field service issues and possible resolutions. Creo and Windchill hand on experience.
- Experience on materials handling equipment background will be an added benefit.
- Self-motivated with ability to evaluate current designs and provide value addition.
- Perform independently with concept generation abilities and co-ordination with FEA team.
- Good communication to convey ideas.
