Job Summary.

Exp : 5+yrs.

Location : Noida.

As Product Engineer the candidate will be responsible for capturing requirements and driving the development of Cadencenext generation heterogeneous integration for multi-chip module design and packaging solution.

He will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and R&D teams to deliver best-in-class products to our customers.

Further, he will support CadenceTechnical Field Organization with driving customer engagements.
